液压系统动态分析方法改进研究

摘 要: 针对传统方法的不足,提出一种改进的液压系统动态分析方法,并给出了分析流程图。以液压式冲压机液压系统为例,根据分析从系统和元器件两方面提出改进方案。改进后液压系统联合仿真分析结果表明,改进后液压系统工作频率明显提高。

Title: Study on improvement of the dynamic analysis method of hydraulic system

Abstract: Aiming at avoiding the shortcomings of traditional methods, an improved dynamic analysis method of hydraulic system was proposed and the flow chart was presented. By taking hydraulic system of an hydraulic punch press as an example, improved program was put forward from two aspects of system and component. The co-simulation analysis results of the improved hydraulic system showed that working frequency of the hydraulic system was significantly improved.
