数值模拟研究风机转速对薄膜生产线热风系统预热段流场的影响

摘 要: | 薄膜生产线热风系统流场的稳定性决定了塑料薄膜最终定型的质量,为优化热风系统流场的均匀性和稳定性,通过数值模拟技术,采用2种风机转速(1 200,1 600 r/min),研究薄膜生产线热风系统预热段在175℃热风条件下的流场情况,重点研究2种风机转速对速度场、压力场和温度场的影响情况。研究表明:降低转速可以提高中间气垫层速度和温度分布的均匀性,但会使中间气垫层的压力分布均匀性降低。 |

Abstract: | The quality of plastic film depended on the stability of the hot air system of film production line. In order to optimize the uniformity and stability of the flow fields in the hot air system, the flow fields of the preheating section of a hot air system were numerically simulated in this paper. Two different fan speeds (1 200, 1 600 r/min) were used when the temperature of the hot air was 175℃. The changes of the velocity, pressure and temperature were investigated. The results showed that decreasing fan speed could improve the uniformity of the velocity and temperature in the middle cushion layer, but it will reduce the uniformity of the pressure. |
