新型五轴三维快速成形机的研制

摘 要: 借鉴传统五轴联动数控机床的工作原理,对现有的桌面级快速成形机进行改进设计,以解决台阶效应和支撑结构对样件成形质量的影响,提高设备的生产质量和加工能力。文章对具体的实现方法、程序算法和样机结构设计都进行了说明。该设计能有效提高打印效率和打印质量。

Abstract: In this paper, the improved design of the traditional desktop printer was proposed based on the principle of five-axis CNC machine tool. Problems of the influence of staircase effect and support structure on printing quality were solved by the new five-axis rapid prototyping machine. The implement method, programmed algorithm and machine design were illustrated and analyzed in detail. The design can effectively improve the printing efficiency and printing quality.
