电机轴承故障实时监测系统设计与实验

摘 要: | 为监测电机中轴承故障,设计了一个轴承故障监测系统。在电机不同位置安装振动传感器、电流传感器、转速传感器和温度传感器,采用STM32F3系列处理器设计了信息采集接口电路,并将采集到的信息通过CAN总线发送至PC主机上,同时设计了上位机处理软件。通过处理电机运行时采集到的数据,实现对电机轴承的在线监测。这里介绍了此系统的相关内容,并且通过对人工破坏的轴承进行实验,验证了此系统具有实际应用价值。 |

Abstract: | In order to monitor motor bearing fault, a bearing fault monitoring system was designed. Vibration sensor, current sensor, speed sensor and temperature sensor were installed in different locations of the motor. Acquisition interface circuit was designed by STM32F3 series processor, and the collected information was sent to PC by CAN field-bus. PC processing software was designed accordingly. By processing the date collected when the motor running, real-time monitoring realized. In this paper, the related content of this system was introduced and the experiment with artificial damaged bearing was conducted to verify the system, which would be of great value in practice. |
