大型自卸车双发动机液压驱动系统方案研究

摘 要: 为解决大型矿用自卸车行驶驱动系统的设计制造难题,分析比较了目前大型矿用自卸车行驶驱动系统的传动方式,指出了各传动方式存在的问题,提出由双发动机进行联合驱动的思路,给出3种行驶液压驱动系统方案,并对各液压驱动系统方案的工作过程及优缺点进行了详细说明。研究结果表明,所提方案均满足设计要求,为大型矿用自卸车行驶液压驱动系统提供了理论依据。

Title: Study on double-engine hydraulic transmission system of the large dump truck

Abstract: In order to solve the design and manufacture problem of the transmission system of the large mining dump truck, the current drive system mode of the large mining dump truck was analyzed and compared, the problems existing in the transmission way were pointed out, and the idea that the dump truck could be driven by the double-engine was put forward. Three types of the hydraulic transmission system were presented and the process of the hydraulic transmission system and its advantages and disadvantages were worked out in details. Every solution have met the design requirements, which will provide a theoretical basis for the hydraulic transmission system of the large mining dump truck.
