轴流式血泵永磁电机全域三维温度场研究

摘 要: | 根据计算流体力学和传热学理论,建立了轴流式血泵的耦合温度场求解数学模型;分析了血泵损耗类型,简化了血泵驱动电机定子绕组建模,推导了血泵外壳散热系数。运用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了轴流式血泵三维有限元模型,对全域流固耦合传热模型进行稳态热分析,得到了血泵整体的温度分布。结果表明:在额定转速下,血泵最大温升为0.922℃,能够满足人体对血泵的温升要求。在该温度场计算模型的基础上,分析了血泵电机定子铜耗、转速、定子与血泵外壳间气隙导热系数对血泵温度的影响,对指导轴流式血泵的优化设计具有重要意义。 |

Abstract: | According to computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory, mathematical model coupled with temperature field of axial flow blood pump was built. The loss type of axial flow blood pump was analyzed, and drive motor stator winding modeling was simplified, heat coefficient of pump shell was derived as well. The axial blood pump three-dimensional finite element model was established by ANSYS Workbench, which steady-state thermal analysis was taken for the global FSI heat transfer model and the whole blood pump temperature distribution was obtained. The results showed that the blood pump maximum temperature rise was 0.922℃ at rated speed, which could meet the body’s temperature requirements of blood pump. Based on the proposed thermal field model, effect of the stator losses, the rotation speed of pump as well as the air gap thermal conductivity between stator and pump housing on the temperature of the blood pump were analyzed, which could help optimize the design of blood pump in future applications. |
