基于三维有序大孔离子液体掺杂的聚苯胺膜构建过氧化氢无酶传感器

摘 要: | 利用电聚合方法制备了三维有序大孔(three-dimensional ordered macroporous,3DOM)离子液体掺杂聚苯胺(ionic liquid-doped polyaniline,IL-PANI)的反蛋白石膜修饰电极用于溶液中过氧化氢(H2O2)的检测。用循环伏安法(cyclic voltammetry,CV)和计时安培法研究该传感器对H2O2的电化学催化响应。其检测线性范围为0.05~3.00 mmol/L,检测限为16.7 μmol/L(信噪比S/N=3). 此传感器制备方法简单、检测灵敏迅速,可用于H2O2的常规检测。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, three-dimensional ordered macroporous (3DOM) ionic liquid doped polyaniline (IL-PANI) inverse opals modified electrode was prepared by using electropolymerization method for the enzyme-free detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The electrocatalytical behaviors of the electrochemical reduction of H2O2 were studied with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometry. We found the suitable experimental parameters for amperometric detection of H2O2. The determination limit and the linear concentration range were also examined. The approach provided a linear response range between 0.05 mmol/L and 3.00 mmol/L with a detection limit of 16.7 μmol/L (signal-to-noise ratio S/N=3). This sensor which can be easily made and had a fast response and good sensitivity may be used to the routine detection of H2O2. |
