SEC6基因在拟南芥花粉形成过程中的功能分析

摘 要: 利用exocyst复合体亚基SEC6基因突变体sec6/+为材料,研究SEC6基因在花粉形成过程中的功能。发现SEC6在花粉发育的早期发挥功能,SEC6突变导致部分花粉细胞板畸形,说明SEC6至少参与了花粉第一次有丝分裂过程中细胞板的形成过程。

Title: Functional analysis of SEC6 gene in Arabidopsis thaliana pollen formation

Abstract: In this paper, the function of SEC6 gene, which is a subunit of exocyst complex, in Arabidopsis thaliana pollen formation was studied in detail by using sec6/+ mutant as material. SEC6 gene participates in pollen early development stage. Mutation in SEC6 gene leads to cell plate defection in pollen, which indicats that exocyst complex at least participates in cell plate formation process during mitosis I in male gametogenesis.
