本地植物和入侵植物根系丛枝菌根真菌群落结构的差异分析

摘 要: 丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)具有一定的宿主选择性,并在植物入侵过程中扮演着非常重要的角色。通过分子生物学方法比较本地植物鸡眼草(Kummerowia striata)和入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)的AMF群落结构差异。结果共检测到15条AMF序列,所有AMF序列属于Glomus属,并可聚类为5个AMF类群(GA1~GA5)。加拿大一枝黄花含有5个AMF类群,鸡眼草含有3个AMF类群。非度量多维尺度分析(non-metric multidimensional scaling,NMDS)和群落相似性分析(analysis of similarities,ANOSIM)结果表明:鸡眼草和加拿大一枝黄花的AMF群落结构存在显著性差异。研究结果证明:本地植物和入侵植物对AMF的偏好性不同。

Title: Difference analysis of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi community in invasive and native plants

Abstract: The host species-specific effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) have played important roles in plant invasion. We used molecular method to compare the AMF community in roots of native Kummerowia striata and invasive Solidago canadensis. Fifteen sequences were identified which all belong to genus Glomus. These fifteen sequences could be clustered into five AMF phylotypes (GA1-GA5). K. striata has three AMF phylotypes while S. canadensis has five AMF types. Non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) and analysis of similarities (ANOSIM) show that AMF community in the rhizosphere soil of K. striata and S. canadensis have significant difference. Our results show that the invasive and native plants have different host preference on AMF colonization.
