保温砌筑砂浆稠度影响规律研究

摘 要: 选取奥成P.O 325级普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,不同粒度的石英砂为骨料,并加入适量的粉煤灰作为辅助胶凝材料和由早强剂、增塑剂、保水剂、引气剂等多种外加剂组成的母料A. 调试最佳拌入水量,调整各原材料混入量,通过测量其性能组成所需的合格优质砂浆,最终得到优化后配方量(g/kg粉料量):水泥200 g,粉煤灰180 g,石灰石20 g,砂600 g(含粗砂100 g,中砂100 g,细砂400 g),母料A 5 g,水250 g,通过仪器测得该配方性能在所测的数据链中最高,因而达到了预期优化保温砌筑砂浆配方的目的。

Title: Research on influence regularity of consistence in thermal insulation masonry mortar system

Abstract: In this study, P.O 325 grade ordinary portland cement was used as the main cementitious material with different size of quartz sand as aggregate and proper amount of fly ash as supplementary cementitious materials. Moreover, the early strength agent, plasticizer, water retaining agent, air entraining agent and other additives were mixed as masterbatch of A. The experiment adjusted the best mixture with water, and adjusted raw materials mixing ratio, and then optimzed the quality of mortar by testing. Finally the optimized formula weight (g/kg powder amount) was 200 g cement, 180 g fly ash, 20 g limestone, 600 g sand (containing 100 g coarse sand, 100 g medium sand and 400 g fine sand), 5 g masterbatch of A and 250 g masterbatch water. This formulation performance is the highest in the measured data chain through measurement. Therefore, it achieves the aim to optimize the thermal insulation mortar formula.
