一次泵变流量水系统优化控制与仿真

摘 要: 针对一次泵变流量水系统为典型的非线性、时变性及强耦合性的系统且难以建立精确数学模型的特性,研究基于传统PID控制并结合模糊控制规则设计了自整定模糊PID控制器,对一次泵变流量水系统进行常规PID控制及自整定模糊PID控制的对比仿真研究。结果表明:自整定模糊PID控制在超调量、调节时间、抗干扰能力等性能指标上都明显优于常规PID控制。

Abstract: The variable primary flow system was a typical nonlinear, time variability and strong coupling of complex system. It was difficult to get an accurate mathematical model. Based on traditional PID control and fuzzy reasoning, the corresponding self-setting fuzzy PID controller was designed in this paper. By comparing the conventional PID control and self-setting fuzzy PID control simulation research of variable primary flow system, the results show that the self-setting fuzzy PID control possesses distinct advantages in overshoot, settling time and anti-interference performance in contrasted with the PID control.
