多级立式吸收式换热器稳态模拟

摘 要: 以应用于城市热网换热站的LiBr-H2O多级立式吸收式换热器作为研究对象,运用集总参数的方法建立三级稳态模型,模拟并研究大温差多级吸收式换热器在实际变工况运行中液位的变化情况以及隔压的稳定性,从而为机组隔压设计、溶液充灌量等的确定给出相应建议和设计依据。

Title: Steady-state simulation of multistage vertical-type absorption heat transformer

Abstract: Multistage vertical-type absorption heat transformer with LiBr-H2O solution as the working pair applied to the urban heat exchanger network stations was used as research object. By establishing a three-stage steady-state model through lumped parameter method, the changes in the liquid level and stability across the pressure of the large temperature difference multistage vertical-type absorption heat transformer in actual running conditions were simulated and studied. The results of the simulation provided advices and guides for pressure design in crew compartment and solution filling volume.
