无人机低空遥感在农村宅基地信息获取过程中的应用

摘 要: 无人机低空遥感具有高灵活性、高时效性等优点。利用无人机低空遥感数据提出了一套农村宅基地信息快速获取的方法流程,主要包括准备工作、数据采集、影像数据处理及宅基地信息提取4个步骤。同时,对该套方法流程进行了总结,与传统方法相比,该方法提高了效率,降低了成本,在农村宅基地信息获取中有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: Unmanned aerial vehicle low-altitude remote sensing showed many advantages such as high flexibility and high time efficiency, which made it applicable for data acquisition. Thus, a rapid and reliable workflow for rural housing land data acquisition based on unmanned aerial vehicle low-altitude remote sensing technology was proposed in this research. Four main steps were included: the preparation, field data acquisition, image processing and rural housing land information extraction. Meanwhile, a comparison with traditional method was conducted, through which the advantages of high-efficiency and low-cost of our workflow in data acquisition could be concluded. The workflow we proposed based on our research has good application prospect in rural housing land information acquisition, and can greatly improve the execution of real estate unified registration.
