小粒径大空隙降噪排水沥青混合料性能试验研究

摘 要: | 为实现超薄排水沥青路面的设计与应用,采用渗透性试验、摆式摩擦系数试验(British penolulam test)、动态摩擦系数试验、声波吸收系数试验、肯塔堡飞散试验(Cantabre test)、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,对最大公称粒径分别为4.75 mm(OGFC4.75)和13.2 mm(OGFC13)的2种开级配型式与2种不同沥青结合料类型组合而成的4种大空隙排水沥青混合料的综合性能进行试验评价。试验结果显示,OGFC4.75级配形式的大空隙沥青混合料的透水性能、摩擦性能和抗松散能力与OGFC13沥青混合料相当或略优,具有很好的排水降噪功能;环氧沥青结合料的使用,有利于提高小粒径大空隙排水沥青混合料的整体路用性能。 |

Abstract: | To design ultra-thin porous pavement, the permeability test, British pendulum test, dynamic friction test, acoustic absorption coefficient test, Cantabro test, rutting test, low-temperature bending test and freeze-thaw indirect tension test were conducted for 4.75 mm (OGFC4.75) and 13.2 (OGFC13) mm nominal maximum aggregate size gradation. Also, four types of porous asphalt mixesmade from two different asphalt binders were selected in this research. Test results show that the permeability, friction and anti-raveling performance of OGFC4.75 is either considerate or better than those with OGFC13, and has good permeable and noise-reduction performance. Epoxy asphalt binder is helpful for improving the pavement performance of open-graded asphalt mixes with small aggregates. |
