公租房高闲置率的原因分析及对策研究——以南京市为例

| 摘 要： | 这里以南京为例对公共租赁住房的发展现状进行分析，结果表明其高闲置率主要是由于：公共租赁住房小区位置偏远、交通不便；用人单位对社会保障认识不足等原因。在此基础上提出了对策与建议，以使公共租赁住房更好地发展与建设。 |

The results showed that the high vacancy rate mainly derives from the remote location of public rental housing, transport hurdles and lacking of recognition of benefits system, etc. Then, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to lead a better development of public rental housing. |
