Vienna 整流器中点电位平衡研究

摘 要: Vienna 整流器具有功率因数高、电路结构简单、器件承受电压低等优点,但存在中点电位波动的问题。 针对Vienna 整流器存在中点电位波动对系统正常工作有很大影响这一问题,通过对三路相占空比信号进行分析, 改变零序矢量作用时间比,进而改变输出侧中点电位,从而有效地控制中点电位波动;并进行仿真验证。通过理 论分析和仿真验证可知,改变零序矢量作用时间比,可以简单、有效地实现中点电位控制。

Title: Research of neutral voltage balance for Vienna rectifier

Abstract: Although Vienna rectifier has many advantages such as high power factor, simple circuit structure, low voltage stress of power device etc, while it has the problem of the neutral voltage fluctuation. According to the problem of the neutral voltage fluctuation affecting the working process of the Vienna rectifier, this paper analyzes the three phase duty ratio signals so as to effectively control the neutral voltage fluctuations by changing the zero sequence vector function-time ratio and neutral voltage at the output side. Finally, this paper built the simulation model for validation. Through theoretical analysis and simulation, it can be proved that changing the zero sequence vector function-time ratio can control neutral voltage simply and effectively.
