醋酸丁酯生产工艺流程的设计与优化

摘 要: | 应用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件对工业生产醋酸丁酯工艺流程进行工艺设计与经济优化。醋酸甲酯和丁醇经过全混釜反应器后,通过变压精馏分离得到产品醋酸丁酯与副产品甲醇。以年度总费用(total annual cost,TAC)为目标函数,通过序贯迭代搜索法分别得到无热集成、部分热集成和完全热集成下的最佳工艺参数和经济方案。随着理论板数的增加,设备投资逐渐增加,操作费用逐渐降低,在不同的理论板数与进料位置组合下存在一个TAC最低值。结果表明,部分热集成与完全热集成工艺流程中,设备投资与操作费用均下降,且部分热集成的操作费用最低,完全热集成的设备投资最低。热集成条件下所得最优工艺参数可为工业实际生产提供理论依据,也可为换热网络集成及工业动态仿真研究提供有效支持。 |

Abstract: | The design and economic optimization of butyl acetate production were presented using Aspen Plus process simulation software. After butanol and methyl acetate reacted in continuous stirred tank reactor, the production of butyl acetate and methanol could be obtained in downstream through pressure-swing distillation. Then a global optimization method using total annual cost (TAC) as the objective function was developed, a sequential iterative search was used to calculate the optimum pressure-swing distillation technological parameters and economic cases with the no heat integration, the partial heat integrated and the fully heat integrated. The capital cost was gradually increased as the energy cost decreased with the growth of theoretical stages. The lowest TAC can be gained in differential groups of theoretical stages and feed stage. The results showed that the capital and energy cost in the partial heat integrated and the fully heat integrated processes become lower while the partial heat integrated got the lowest energy cost and full heat integrated got the lowest capital cost. The parameters of the optimal heat integrated process could be efficient not only in industrial heat integrated network and dynamic simulation, but also in practical industrial production. |
