自适应分区域多样式轨迹规划算法研究

摘 要: 提出一种自适应划分区域,并生成较为合理的多样式连续轨迹的刀路规划算法。根据曲率特征将曲面划分为若干个区域。引入权因子函数改变Hilbert曲线的走向,可根据曲面局部区域生成相对较优的走刀轨迹,整个曲面的走刀轨迹是一条连续无抬刀的轨迹,能够整体缩短切削刀具路径,提高加工稳定性。通过实例证明了算法可行有效。

Abstract: In this paper, a method of adaptive partition and multistyle tool path planning algorithm is proposed combined with the improved Hilbert curve. According to the curvature feature, the surface is divided into several regions. It can generate a relatively good tool path based on the surface of the local region. The tool path of the entire surface is a continuous tool trajectory, which can shorten the cutting tool path, improve the process stability. The example demonstrates that the proposed method is valid and feasible.
