应急救援消防官兵职业压力与心理健康的关系研究——应对方式的中介作用

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨消防官兵职业压力、心理健康和应对方式之间的关系，为消防官兵职业压力管理和心理健康水平的提升提供参考。方法：对河北省某地区消防官兵268人进行群体抽查，采用自编消防官兵职业压力量表、症状自评量表（symptom checklist 90，SCL-90）和简易应对方式问卷（simplified coping style questionnaire，SCSQ），利用统计方法和结构方程模型技术探讨了控制变量与结果变量之间的关系。结果：该地区消防官兵承受着较大的职业压力；组织管理压力、人际关系压力、职业发展压力、个人能力压力、工作本身压力和外部支持压力对消防官兵心理健康有直接影响；消极应对在工作本身压力、职业发展压力、人际关系压力、外部支持压力与心理健康之间发挥着中介变量的作用。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To explore the relationship among occupational stress, mental health and coping style of firefighters for providing references for occupational stress management and mental health improving of firefighters. Methods: A total of 268 firefighters were selected with cluster sampling from Fire forces in some place in Hebei province. The participants were surveyed with self-made occupational stress scale for firefighters, symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ). Statistical analysis and structural equation modeling technique were operated for exploring the relationship between control variable and structure variable. Results: Firefighters in this place are under big occupational stress. Organizational management stress, interpersonal stress, career development stress, personal ability stress, work stress and external support stress have direct effects on the mental health of firefighters. Negative coping style plays an partial intermediating role between work stress and mental health，career development stress and mental health, interpersonal stress and mental health, external support stress and mental health. |
