基于MODIS 数据的江苏一季水稻生长发育监测

摘 要: 针对江苏一季水稻种植区, 基于2010 年的中分辨率成像光谱仪(moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer,MODIS)数据和水稻生长发育观测数据,选取增强型植被指数(enhanced vegetation index, EVI)反演叶面积指数(leaf area index,LAI),所得结果与相对应的地面观测LAI 基本一致。通过提取MODIS-EVI 时间序列,采用Savizky-Golay 滤波去除噪音,根据水稻在主要生育期的EVI 变化特征,实现对水稻5 个主要物候期的识别,并结合水稻农业气象站点观测资料进行验证。将水稻生育期识别算法应用到每个像元中,从而得到2010 年江苏地区的水稻出苗期、移栽期、幼穗分化期、抽穗期及成熟期分布图。该方法可有效提取水稻的主要生育期,为区域水稻生长发育动态监测提供参考依据。

Abstract: According to the moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) data and growth and development data of rice planting area in Jiangsu province, enhanced vegetation index (EVI) was selected to inverse the value of leaf area index (LAI) in 2010. The inversed result agreed with the ground observations of LAI. By extracting the MODIS-EVI index time series and using Savizky-Golay filter to remove noise, the identification of five main rice stages was realized according to the rice in the EVI index. It was verified by the observation data of rice from the local agriculture meteorological stations. The rice growth stage recognition algorithm was applied to each pixel, and the rice seedling stage, transplanting stage, young panicle differentiation stage, heading stage and maturity distribution map of Jiangsu province was appeared in 2010. The method is effectively able to extract the main growth period of rice, and provides reference for regional rice growth dynamic monitoring.
