浮托法在浮力塔式平台海上安装中的应用

摘 要: 浮力塔式平台是目前最新研制的钻井平台,海上安装采用浮托安装法。这里以BPZ CX-15 浮力塔平台海上安装为实例,介绍了浮托安装法在浮力塔式生产平台上的首次应用,提出一种利用SACS 软件,计算和分析上部平台及支撑框架在平台滑动和安装过程中受力的方法。计算结果及BPZ CX-15 浮力塔平台海上安装成功实施,表明了浮托安装法适用于浮力塔式生产平台。通过强度校核计算表明,浮托工况下,结构受力最大,是最危险的工况。

Title: Application of floatover installation method on buoyant tower platform

Abstract: Buoyant tower platform is a kind of drilling and production platform. During the installation of the platform, floatover method will be used. Taking offshore installation as a case, this paper introduced the first application of floatover installation method on the BPZ CX-15 field buoyant tower platform installation. A method for calculation and analysis the stress during platform sliding and installation of topside and truss structure is proposed using SACS software. The calculation result and sucessful platform installation prove that floatover method is suitable for the buoyant tower installation. The maximum structure stress is on floatover condition, which is the most dangerous condition through strength check and analysis.
