鄂尔多斯市虚拟水战略研究

| 摘 要： | 通过介绍虚拟水的基本理论和计算方法，结合我国北方最缺水城市之一的鄂尔多斯市的实际情况和相关资料，计算了该市1998年至2011年之间相关年份的农业、工业、生态及居民消费中蕴含的虚拟水量。并以此为依据提出了调整种植结构及产业布局、促进水资源的合理配置、更好地缓解当地水资源短缺的合理意见和对策。 |

| Abstract： | Virtual water theory is a new field of water management. Water By introducing the basic theory and calculation method of virtual water and combining with the actual situation and related information of Ordos, one of the most water shortage cities in the north of China, this paper calculated the virtual water in agriculture, industry, ecology and resident consumption during 1998-2011, and proposed the strategy for adjusting planting structure and industrial layout, promoting the rational allocation of water resources and easing the local water shortage. |
