雾化参数对CMQL油-气流场中油滴特性的影响

摘 要: 利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法研究低温微量润滑(cryogenic minimum quantity lubrication,CMQL)切削条件下雾化参数对油滴特性的影响规律,并对雾化参数进行优化。首先,通过测量喷嘴尺寸,建立精确的计算域三维模型,并划分网格;然后,确定控制方程、施加边界条件;最后,利用正交仿真实验,分析不同雾化参数下低温油-气混合流场中油滴特性的变化规律。研究表明,降低空气温度、增大气体流量并增加切削油的使用量可以获得温度低、运动速度快、尺寸较小且分布均匀的油滴,有利于充分发挥低温油-气切削介质的冷却、润滑作用。

Abstract: The effect of atomization parameters on oil droplets characteristics in cryogenic minium quantity lubrication (CMQL) cutting condition was studied by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and the optimization of atomization parameters was carried out. Firstly, the dimensions of the atomizer were measured to establish the model of computational domain, and the grid was partitioned. Secondly, the governing equations were determined, and the boundary conditions were applied. Finally, an orthogonal simulating experimental method was designed to investigate the oil droplets characteristics with different atomization parameters. The simulating results indicate that oil mist with low temperature, high velocity and small size can be obtained from cryogenic air, large air flow rate and cutting oil flow rate, which is beneficial to improving the cooling and lubrication function of cryogenic oil-air cutting medium.
