基于虚拟样机的刚性力指数对齿轮振动的影响

摘 要: 齿轮传动过程中的动态响应是机械传动领域中的一个重要问题。基于3D机械设计软件及虚拟样机建立直齿圆柱齿轮传动系统的动力学模型,研究刚性力指数对振动特性的影响。动态仿真结果表明,齿轮的振动随着刚性力指数的增大而降低,这为齿轮振动的降低提供了一种可行性方法。

Abstract: In the mechanical driving field, dynamic response of gear transmission system is an important issue. Based on 3D mechanical design software and virtual prototype, the dynamic model of spur gear transmission system was established, and we studied the effects of the stiffness index on the vibration characteristics. The simulation results show that the gear vibration decreases with the stiffness index increasing, which provides a feasible method for reducing gear vibration.
