车间生产过程实时虚拟监控系统研究与设计

摘 要: 针对制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)中工厂生产状况实时监控及3D人机交互能力的不足,开发出基于Unity3D及HTML网页技术融合的车间生产过程虚拟监控系统。主要完成了3部分工作:1)车间场景可视化。基于B/S架构,通过Unity软件进行可视化厂房,实现虚拟现实的效果,并制定内部场景切换的逻辑规则,用于数据展示。2)数据采集。数控(computerized numerical control,CNC)设备和服务器之间采用TCP/IP协议进行数据交换,对各种CNC机床的实时状态进行采集并存储到Oracle数据库中。3)3D控件与网页间的交互工作。经实际验证,该系统具有实时监测、3D漫游、故障报警、历史数据查询等功能,满足了工厂对生产车间3D虚拟监控的需求。

Title: Research and design of real-time virtual monitoring system for manufacture process in workshop

Abstract: Aiming at the shortage of manufacturing excution system (MES) on the real-time monitoring of status in factory production and 3D human-computer interaction, we developed the virtual monitoring system for manufacture process in workshop based on the integration of Unity3D and HTML technology. This system mainly consists of three parts: 1) Scene display of the workshop. It’s based on B/S structure. With the design of the corresponding Web pages for displaying, and through the software of Unity, the system has achieved the effect of virtual reality. We also made many rules inside scenes to show data clearly. 2) Data acquisition. The TCP/IP protocol is used for data exchange between computerized numerical control (CNC) equipment and server, and the real-time status of all kinds of CNC machine tools is collected and stored in the Oracle database. 3) Information interaction between 3D plug-in and Web pages. The example shows that the system has the functions of real-time monitoring, 3D roaming, fault alarm, historical data inquiry and so on, which meets the factory’s requirements to monitor workshops in 3D technology.
