引射式冷却系统设计及内部流场数值模拟

摘 要: | 对利用发动机排气废气能量的废气引射式冷却系统开展研究,总结引射器的设计方法,提出车辆引射式冷却系统的设计流程,根据气动力学和传热学的理论推导出评价车用引射器最小理论引射系数的公式。以某装甲车辆为例进行设计,通过理论计算,确定冷却系统所要求的最小引射系数,通过数值模拟探究引射器结构对引射系数的影响,在满足最小引射系数并考虑到动力舱实际空间有限的前提下,确定该型重载车辆引射式冷却系统所需要的最合适的引射器结构。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, a cooling system which uses the vehicle's exhaust gas energy was studied. A design method for the ejector was proposed. The design process for the vehicle cooling system was put forward. According to the theory of aerodynamics and heat transfer, the formula for the minimum ejector coefficient which was used to evaluate the ejector's performance was derived. Taking a certain type of armored vehicle as an example, we determined the minimum ejector coefficient the cooling system required through theoretical calculation, studied the impact of ejector's structure on the ejector coefficient, and find the most suitable ejector for the heavy-duty vehicle under the condition that meets the minimum ejector coefficient and the limited power cabin. |
