考虑铁损和逆变器损耗的异步电机仿真

摘 要: | 为提高电机驱动控制系统效率,推导异步电机基于转子磁场定向包含铁损时的数学模型和逆变器基于直流母线电压及电流时的损耗模型,降低系统损耗。用PLECS仿真软件搭建考虑铁损和逆变器损耗的仿真模型,并与不考虑这两种损耗的仿真模型做对比,验证了包含这两种损耗的仿真模型更接近异步电机真实的运行过程。 |

Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency of the motor control system, we deduce the mathematical model of three phases induction motor with iron loss in two-phase synchronous rotation frame based on rotor flux oriented control and inverter-loss mathematic model based on the directed current bus voltage and current to reduce the values of these two kinds of losses in the system. Then we establish the simulation model of the phase asynchronous motor with iron loss and inverter loss by PLECS simulation software, and we compare the model without these loss model. The comparison demonstrates that the model with iron loss and inverter loss is more close to actual asynchronous motor. |
