基于组合赋权和TOPSIS法的港口竞争力评价方法研究

| 摘 要： | 研究构建静态指标与动态指标相结合的港口竞争力评价指标体系，采用线性加权法来确定主客观赋权法的组合权重，将得到的组合权重用于改进的灰色关联分析加权TOPSIS法作为港口竞争力评价方法，并以环渤海地区港口群的港口竞争力评价为例验证了该方法的有效性及合理性。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, we build the evaluation index system of port competitiveness, which is the integration of static and dynamic indicators. Then we use the linear weighted method to determine the combination weights of the objective and subjective weighting methed, and the weighted TOPSIS method of the improved gray correlation analysis is used to evaluate the competitiveness of the port. In the end, we use the evaluation of ports competitiveness in the area around the Bohai sea as an example to prove that the method is effective and reasonable. |
