基于卡尔曼滤波的传输时延预测数据调度算法

摘 要: 针对异构网络环境下多路径并行传输(concurrent multipath transmission,CMT)引发的数据包乱序问题,分析数据包乱序的相关因素,提出一种基于卡尔曼滤波的传输时延预测数据调度(transmission delay prediction based on Kalman filter,TDP-KF)算法。该算法首先给出路径传输时延的有效评估方案,在利用TDP-KF算法预测数据包到达接收端的时间时,引入数据包在发送端的等待时延,提高了预测的准确性,实现了发送端数据包的精准调度,有效减少了接收端的数据乱序,提高了网络的整体吞吐性能。仿真结果验证了TDP-KF算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: To improve the performance of concurrent multipath transmission (CMT) in heterogeneous network, this paper analyzed the relevant factors which cause the packet reordering phenomena and put forward a transmission delay prediction based on Kalman filter (TDP-KF) algorithm. The algorithm firstly gives the effective evaluation scheme of the path transmission delay. When predicting the time of the data chunk arrives at the receiver by TDP-KF algorithm, the waiting delay of the data chunk at the sender improves the accuracy of the prediction, achieves the accurate scheduling of the sender and effectively reduces the receiver data out of order, meanwhile improves the overall throughput of the network performance. The TDP-KF algorithm is proved to be correct and effective by the simulation results.
