分形流量通过网络服务器的时延分析

摘 要: | 为提高网络通信系统的服务效率,研究分形流量通过服务器的时间延迟与流量尺度收缩系数的关系,以及流量尺度因子随收缩系数的变化。研究借助网络微积分的方法介绍分形流量通过服务器的时延上界,其贡献在于模拟出一些流量实例进行延迟的计算。结果表明,随着尺度收缩系数的减小,分形流量的尺度因子增大,延迟减小。证实分形流量能减小时间延迟,有助于提高系统的通信效率。 |

Abstract: | In order to improve service efficiency of the network communication system, the relationship between time delay of fractal traffic when passing through network servers and tighten coefficients is analyzed. The variation of scale factors with tighten coefficients is also studied. Upper bound of delay is introduced with the tool of network calculus. Contribution presented is that some cases are simulated to compute time delay. It shows that with the decrease of tighten coefficients, time delay becomes smaller and scale factors become larger, which reveal that fractal traffic can reduce time delay and improve communication efficiency. |
