某制造企业供应链风险识别与评估研究

摘 要: | 基于供应链运作参考(supply chain operations reference,SCOR)模型,从供应链运作过程的计划、采购、制造、配送和退货5个阶段分析H公司供应链失效风险影响因素,建立基于SCOR模型的H公司供应链失效风险评估指标体系;利用熵权法确定评价指标的权重,建立供应链失效风险模糊评价模型。最后,以H公司多品种低速机燃油喷射系统系列产品零部件及成品的供应链为例,验证H公司失效风险评估模型的有效性及实用性,得出该公司的供应链风险状况,并针对风险状况提出改进建议。 |

Abstract: | Based on the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model, this paper analyzes and identifies supply chain fault risk actors from five processes of H company’s supply chain operations, which is composed of plan, source, make, deliver and return. An evaluation index system of supply chain fault risk is built. Then, this paper determines the weight of evaluation index by entropy method and establishes a fuzzy evaluation model of supply chain fault risk. Finally, an application example of H company’s multiple low-speed fuel injection systems products is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the supply chain fault risk evaluation model. The supply chain risk situation of the company is obtained, and improvement suggestions are put forward according to the risk situation. |
