“三法三穴”不同刺激参数对坐骨神经损伤大鼠痛温觉功能的影响

| 摘 要： | 目的：从行为学角度探究推拿手法的力量、时间、频率对坐骨神经损伤大鼠痛温觉功能恢复的影响。方法：以SD大鼠为实验动物，建立坐骨神经损伤模型，利用三因素三水平的正交试验设计方案筛选“三法三穴”促进坐骨神经损伤大鼠痛温觉功能恢复的适宜参数。结果：从光热耐痛阈的角度分析，造模7 d后，模型组与正常组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）；推拿干预20次后，推拿组与模型组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。三因素的优选值为力量2 N，时间5 min，频率100次/min，三种因素的主次关系为力量＞频率＞时间。结论：“三法三穴”刺激可以促进坐骨神经损伤大鼠痛温觉功能的恢复。力量因素对痛温觉功能的影响最显著，轻度力量、长时间、高频率的刺激更有利于痛温觉功能的恢复。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: Explore the effects of strength, time, frequency on sensory function recovery in rats with sciatic nerve injury from the perspective of behavior. Methods: SD rats were used as experimental animal to make the sciatic nerve injury models, screening the appropriate parameters of “Three Methods and Three Points” which can promote the recovery of sensory function in sciatic nerve injury of rats by orthogonal test design scheme with three factors and three levels. Results: From the perspective of heat tolerance, 7 d after modeling, there was significant difference between model group and normal group (P＜0.05). After 20 times of tuina intervention, tuina group and model group were significantly different (P＜0.05). The best result of three factors is 2 N, 5 min, and 100/min. The primary and secondary relationship of three factors is strength＞frequency＞time. Conclusion: “Three Methods and Three Points” can promote the recovery of sensory function in sciatic nerve injury of rats. The most significant influence factors on recovery of sensory function is strength. Mild force, long time and high frequency stimulation are more conducive to the recovery of sensory function. |
