LMWOAs对溶解态菲和甲基菲生物降解过程的影响研究

摘 要: | 利用同步荧光法研究小分子量有机酸(low molecular weight organic acids,LMWOAs)——草酸(Oxalic acid)、柠檬酸(Citric acid)和酒石酸(Tartaric acid)对新鞘氨醇杆菌US6-1降解溶解态菲(phenanthrene,Phe)、3-甲基菲(3-methylphenanthrene,3-MPhe)和9-甲基菲(3-methylphenanthrene,9-MPhe)的影响。结果表明,当上述LMWOAs浓度为0.2 mmol/L时,均促进US6-1对Phe的降解,但Oxalic acid抑制了3-MPhe及9-MPhe的降解,Citric acid和Tartaric acid则表现为促进作用。2.0 mmol/L的Oxalic acid促进了Phe、3-MPhe及9-MPhe的降解,而2.0 mmol/L的Tartaric acid抑制了上述多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon,PAHs)的降解。两种浓度条件下的LMWOAs中,Oxalic acid均能使US6-1表面疏水性提高。双因素方差分析结果表明,LMWOAs的种类、浓度及二者之间的交互作用在Phe及3-MPhe的降解过程中起主要作用(P>0.05)。 |

Title: | Influences of LMWOAs on the biodegradation of dissolved phenanthrene and methylphenanthrene |

Abstract: | Influences of low molecular weight organic acids (LMWOAs): Oxalic acid, Citric acid and Tartaric acid on the biodegradation of dissolved phenanthrene (Phe), 3-methylphenanthrene (3-MPhe) and 9-methylphenanthrene (9-MPhe) by bacterium Novosphing pentaromativorans US6-1 were individually studied using synchronous fluorescence. Results showed that 0.2 mmol/L LMWOAs promoted the biodegradation of Phe. 0.2 mmol/L Oxalic acid inhibited the biodegradation of 3-MPhe and 9-MPhe, while 0.2 mmol/L Tartaric acid or Citric acid promoted these processes. The 2.0 mmol/L Oxalic acid promoted the degradation of the 3 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs), but 2.0 mmol/L Tartaric acid inhibited these processes. Oxalic acid of two concentrations, i.e. 0.2 mmol/L and 2.0 mmol/L improved the cell surface hydrophobicity of US6-1. For Phe and 3-MPhe, the results of two-factor variance analysis showed that the types, concentration of LMWOAs and the interaction of these 2 factors played the main roles during the biodegradation processes of Phe and 3-MPhe (P>0.05). |
