不等径连续变截面圆管结构压降计算方法研究

摘 要: | 当高速流体通过管道及工具的连续变截面结构时,产生的压力损失不容忽视,需准确计算。通过对进出口不等径的缩扩和扩缩结构进行理论和数值模拟分析,得到其压降计算公式,进一步推演出不等径连续变截面圆管结构的压降计算公式,为石油管道、工具及地面其他输流管线内部存在的连续变截面圆管结构的压降计算提供了可靠的方法和理论依据。 |

Abstract: | The pressure loss generated when high-speed fluid flows through the continuous variable cross-section of fracturing strings and tools must not be ignored and should be calculated accurately. Through theory and numerical simulation analysis of unequal-diameter expanding-necking structure and necking-expanding structure, we can conclude their pressure drop calculation formulas and further deduce the formula of non-uniform continuous variable cross-section tube structure which provides reliable method and theory basis for the pressure drop calculation of continuous variable cross-section tube structure existed in oil pipeline, tools and surficial fluid conveying pipes. |
