肠道病毒71型与炎症研究进展

| 摘 要： | 肠道病毒71型（enterovirus 71，EV71）是一种人类肠道病毒，是引起手足口病（hand, foot and mouth disease，HFMD）的病原体之一。EV71的主要感染人群为5岁以下的婴幼儿，多引起自限性疾病。目前对EV71感染引发炎症反应的具体过程尚未完全明了，且缺乏由EV71引起的重症HFMD的有效治疗手段。本研究总结了EV71的病原性特征、感染机制，以及EV71导致的全身炎症反应等方面的研究进展，研究结果对EV71引起的HFMD及其他并发症的预防和治疗有着重要意义。 |

| Abstract： | Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is human intestinal virus, and is one of the pathogens that cause hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). The main infected population of EV71 is infants under five years old, which usually caused by self-limited disease. At present, the specific process of imflammatory response infected by EV71 has not yet been fully understood, and the effective treatment for severe HFMD caused by EV71 is deficiency. In this paper, the pathogenic characteristics and infection mechanism of EV71 are summarized, and the research progresses on systemic inflammatory response induced by EV71 are reviewed. The result plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of the HFMD and other complications caused by EV71. |
