Ag/TiO2纳米管阵列光电催化性能研究

摘 要: 通过两步阳极氧化法和微波辅助化学还原法制备负载Ag的TiO2纳米管阵列(Ag/TiO2 nanotube arrays,Ag/TiO2 NTs)。研究发现,Ag/TiO2 NTs在紫外-可见光区吸收强度明显提高,且在可见光范围内产生新的吸收峰,这归因于Ag的局域表面等离子体效应。此外,Ag/TiO2 NTs复合物中光生电子-空穴对的复合率降低。实验表明,Ag/TiO2 NTs展现出更高的光电流密度,Ag/TiO2 NTs的光致发光(photoluminescence,PL)强度远低于纯TiO2 NTs的PL强度,这表明Ag/TiO2 NTs的光生电子和空穴的复合被抑制。Ag/TiO2 NTs对亚甲基蓝的降解结果表明其光电催化效果最好。

Title: Study of photoelectrocatalytic activities of Ag/TiO2 nanotube arrays

Abstract: Highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2 NTs) were prepared by a two-step anodization method and Ag nano-particles (Ag NPs) were loaded on the surface of TiO2 nanotube arrays (Ag/TiO2 NTs) through a microwave-assisted chemical reduction route. A stronger absorption in the ultraviolet-visible light region and a new absorption in the visible region were observed, which were attributed to local surface plasma effect of Ag NPs. Furthermore, the recombination of photo-induced electron-hole pairs was suppressed after depositing Ag nanoparticles. The results showed that the photocurrent density of Ag/TiO2 NTs was greater than that of bare TiO2 NTs. Besides, the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of Ag/TiO2 NTs was much lower than that of bare TiO2 NTs, revealing a decrease in recombination of photo-induced electron-hole pairs. It was observed that the Ag/TiO2 NTs showed the highest photoelectrocatalytic activity during the degradation of methylene blue (MB).
