热电联合规划建模及求解方法研究

摘 要: 风能作为清洁能源的典型代表得到了广泛利用,但是随之而来的弃风问题也愈发严重。由于热电机组的热电耦合关系,为保证冬季供暖,热电机组被迫提高出力挤占风电上网空间是产生弃风的主要原因。针对这一问题,提出通过热源与热电机组配合,改善热电机组调峰能力以提高风电消纳的热电联合规划方案。根据热源与热电机组的运行关系,考虑热源的投资成本和收益,对热电联合规划方案进行建模。通过算例分析,讨论各种模型求解方法的适用性,比较得出了最适合模型方案的求解算法。最终,求出各种规划方案下热源合理的配置容量,为热电联合规划方案提供参考。

Title: Research on modeling and calculation method of combined heat-and-power planning

Abstract: Wind power as an excellent representative of clean energy is widely used, but the following problem of wind power curtailment is more serious. The main reason of wind power curtailment is that with a coupling of electric power-and-heat supply of combined heat-and-power (CHP) units, for meeting the heat load in winter, cogeneration unit is forced to improve its minimum output and occupies the space for wind power integration. To solve this problem, in this paper a new method of combined heat-and-power planning was proposed, which could improve load regulation ability of CHP units to facilitate the wind power integration through the cooperation among CHP units and varied forms of heat sources. Based on the operation relationship between heat sources and the cogeneration units, and considering the investment cost and revenue of heat sources, the combined heat-and-power planning could be modeled. Through a practical example, the feasibility of several methods were discussed and compared to choose the most appropriate one. Finally, the optimal capacity of heat sources was calculated to provide references for combined heat-and-power planning.
