表面处理对氧化铝模板浸润性的影响

摘 要: 利用二次阳极氧化法制备具有纳米孔道的阳极氧化铝(anodic aluminum oxide,AAO)模板,通过离子溅射法在AAO模板正面沉积形成有序的金纳米孔阵列薄膜,然后在金薄膜表面涂覆一层Nafion膜。利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)对所合成材料进行形貌表征,结果显示金纳米孔薄膜的孔间距一致,约为120 nm,并呈山峦状起伏。溅射沉积时间为5,20,40 min时,孔的直径分别为75,60,45 nm,涂覆Nafion膜层后材料形貌和尺寸均无明显变化。同时,重点利用接触角测量仪对金纳米孔薄膜及涂覆Nafion膜后的浸润性进行研究,发现AAO模板在沉积金膜后,其浸润性由亲水变为疏水,但镀金时间对接触角的影响较小,涂Nafion膜后材料进一步变得疏水。

Title: Effect of surface treatment on the wettability of the anodized aluminum oxide template

Abstract: Anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template with nano-sized pore was prepared by the two-step anodic oxidation method. Then, a layer of orderly Au nanopore array film and Nafion film were deposited on the surface of the AAO template by the ion sputtering method and coating method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze the structure and morphology of the synthesized materials. The results revealed that the covered Au nanoporous film was mountain-shaped with ups and downs on the surface. The period distance of the adjacent pores was about 120 nm. The pore diameters were 75, 60, 45 nm corresponding to the sputtering deposition time of 5, 20, 40 min, respectively. The morphology and size did not change after coating Nafion film. In the meantime, contact angle measuring instrument was used to research the wettability of Au film with nanopores before and after coating with Nafion film. It was found that the wettability of the AAO template changed from hydrophile to hydrophobic after deposition of Au film. However, the deposition time of Au film have only a minor impact to the contact angles. The hydrophobic property of the prepared material would be improved by coating Nafion film.
