1J50软磁合金热变形微观组织演变规律研究

摘 要: 针对1J50软磁合金室温下塑性较差、变形困难的问题,提出在高温下实现其塑性变形。通过对热拉伸后的试样进行微观组织观测,研究温度及应变速率对1J50软磁合金热变形时微观组织的影响规律,并进行热强旋成形试验验证。结果表明,1J50软磁合金在800℃和900℃时发生动态再结晶,生成了等轴状晶粒;在变形温度为800~900℃、应变速率为0.01~1 s-1变形时,动态再结晶较为充分,有利于塑性变形;热强旋可顺利实现1J50软磁合金筒形件的塑性成形。

Title: Research on the microstructural evolution of 1J50 soft magnetically alloy during hot plastic deformation

Abstract: To overcome the defects of poor plasticity and difficult deformation, hot plastic deformation was put forward. The microstructural observation of the samples after hot-tension test was carried out, and the influence of the deformation temperature and strain rate on microstructure was researched, and the rationality of the results were verified by the hot power spinning. The results show that the dynamic recrystallize is took place of the deformation temperature at 800℃ and 900℃, and the equiaxial grains are generated. The dynamic recrystallize is completed when the deformation temperature is 800-900℃ and the strain rate is 0.01-1 s1, which is beneficial for plastic forming. The experimental result shows that the hot power spinning can be carried out successfully to realize the plastic forming of 1J50 soft magnetically alloy.
