Ddx5和Ddx17在肿瘤中的表达调控及意义

摘 要: Ddx5与Ddx17同属RNA解旋酶DEAD-box家族成员,参与从RNA形成到降解的所有过程,在结构与功能上有90%以上的相似性。但在某些功能和肿瘤疾病等方面也存在很大的不同。本文将从来源、亚细胞定位、结构与功能等方面阐述Ddx5与Ddx17在肿瘤中的表达调控及其对疾病治疗的意义,旨在成为药物研发的靶标,以期达到治疗疾病的目的。

Abstract: Ddx5 and Ddx17 are the members of DEAD-box family in RNA helicase. They are involved in the process from the form to degradation of RNA. And they have more than 90% similarity in structure and function. However, there exist signifrcant differences in some functions and cancers. Thus, we elaborate the expression regulation of tumors and the significance of disease treated of Ddx5 and Ddx17 in sources, subcellular localization, structure and functions. It is expected to be the target in drug development, in order to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.
