几种杀虫剂对柑橘矢尖蚧的室内毒力评价

摘 要: 研究测定杀扑磷、阿维菌素、毒死蜱、亚胺硫磷、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉6种药剂对柑橘矢尖蚧的室内生物活性。结果表明,6种供试药剂对柑橘矢尖蚧一龄若虫的毒力大小顺序依次为阿维菌素>噻虫嗪>杀扑磷>吡虫啉>毒死蜱>亚胺硫磷。根据单剂半致死浓度(lethal concentration 50,LC50)的筛选结果,进行阿维菌素和毒死蜱之间的复配组合试验。结果表明,阿维菌素和毒死蜱的混配对柑橘矢尖蚧起相加和增效的作用,其中阿维菌素:毒死=1:83.5(有效成分比)时增效作用最明显,应确定为最佳增效配比。

Title: Indoor toxicity evaluation of several insecticides on Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana

Abstract: The indoor bioactivities of 6 insecticides (methidathion, abamectin, chlorpyrifos, phosmet, thiamethoxam and imidacloprid) on Unaspis yanonensis Kuwana were detected. The result showed that: the toxicity order from high to low of the 6 insecticides against the first instar larva of U. yanonensis Kuwana was as follows: abamectin>thiamethoxam>methidathion>imidacloprid>chlorpyrifos>phosmet. The optimal ratio for mixtures of insecticides in abamectin and chlorpyrifos was tested according to the screening result of individual insecticide lethal concentration 50 (LC50). The test result showed that the mixed effect of abamectin and chlorpyrifos on U. yanonensis Kuwana was addictive and highly synergistic. The most synergistic optimal ratio of effective comporent between abamectin and chlorpyrifos was 1:83.5.
