地木耳不同溶剂提取液的抗氧化作用研究

摘 要: | 以地木耳为原料,利用不同溶剂对其有效成分进行提取,采用普鲁士蓝法测定还原能力、水杨酸法测定羟基自由基清除能力、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法测定自由基清除能力和卵磷脂法测定抗油脂过氧化性。利用这四种方法分别测定地木耳抗氧化性的实验结果表明,地木耳的不同提取液都具有一定的抗氧化性,并且与加入量有量效关系。通过比较得出,水提取液的抗氧化性在各方面都优于甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚等提取液。 |

Abstract: | The active constituents of Nostoc commune Vauch. were extracted with different solvent to study its antioxidant activity. Four experimental methods were employed on antioxidant activity in this paper, including Prussian blue method for reducing capacity, salicylic acid method for determination of hydroxyl radical ability, ABTS method for radical scavenging activity and lecithin method for lipid antioxidation. The results showed that all of the extracts from N. commune Vauch. had remarkable antioxidant activity and was related to the concentration. The antioxidant activity of water extract was stronger than that of methanol extract, ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, petroleum ether extract. |
