基于形态学方法和相位一致性原理的OCT图像边缘快速提取算法

摘 要: 图像边缘提取是医学图像分析领域必不可少的一个步骤。针对光学相干层析成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)系统成像后图像边缘提取算法进行研究,提出一种基于形态学方法和相位一致性原理的OCT图像边缘快速提取算法。该算法首先利用形态学开闭运算的方法对原始图像进行预处理,利用腐蚀与膨胀将图像的非边缘信号信息进行模糊,在保证边缘完整性的基础上对图像进行孔洞填充,最终利用相位一致性算法检测图像边缘。实验结果表明,与经典的边缘检测算子相比,本文算法对图像边缘的提取效果较好,且效率高、处理速度快,是一种高效的图像边缘提取算法。

Abstract: Image edge extraction is an indispensable step in the field of medical image analysis. In this paper, the image edge extraction algorithm of optical coherence tomography (OCT) system is studied, and an OCT image edge fast extraction algorithm based on morphological method and phase consistency principle is proposed. In this algorithm, the original image is firstly preprocessed by morphological opening and closing algorithm. Corrosion and expansion are used to blur the non-edge signal information of the image, and the hole filling of the image is performed on the basis of ensuring the integrity of the edge. Finally, the edge of the image is detected using the phase consistency algorithm. Experimental results show that compared with the classical edge detection operator, the proposed algorithm has better effect on the edge extraction of the image, and has higher efficiency and faster processing speed. It is an efficient image edge extraction algorithm.
