解郁中药联合针灸治疗抑郁症有效性的Meta分析

| 摘 要： | 目的：对解郁中药联合针灸治疗抑郁症的临床疗效进行Meta分析。方法：搜索万方、维普、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学数据库（CBMdisc）、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed数据库等，根据关键词搜索相关文献。根据纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选，并用Jadad评分法对文献质量进行评判，使用RevMan 5.1版本分析软件制作Meta分析图，根据Meta分析图分析解郁中药联合针灸治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。结果：本研究中，符合条件的文献共5篇，共468例患者。Meta分析结果显示OR=2.58，95%CI(1.94, 4.19)，P<0.000 01，说明中药联合针灸组治疗抑郁症的临床疗效高于针灸组，疗效差异具有统计学意义。结论：解郁中药联合针灸治疗抑郁症的临床疗效优于单独使用针灸。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To research the Meta analysis of clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for relieving depression combined with acupuncture in the treatment of depression. Methods: Literatures will be found by searching key words through WANFANG database, VIP database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical database (CBMdisc), Cochrane library and PubMed database. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literatures were screened and their quality was evaluated by the Jadad scale. Meta analysis diagram was formulated by using RevMan 5.1 software, and the clinical effect of relieving depression Chinese medicines combined with acupuncture on depression was analyzed in accordance with the Meta analysis diagram. Results: In this study, a total of 5 literatures met the criteria, including 468 patients. Meta analysis results showed that OR=2.58, 95%CI(1.94, 4.19), P<0.000 01. So the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for relieving depression combined with acupuncture was higher than that of acupuncture, and the difference of treatment was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for relieving depression combined with acupuncture was better than that of acupuncture. |
