老有所养，病有所医？居住安排对老年人医疗服务利用行为的影响——基于CHARLS2013的实证分析

| 摘 要： | 基于2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查（China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study，CHARLS）数据，利用二元Logistic回归分析居住安排对我国老年人医疗服务利用的影响。研究发现，不同居住类型对不同的医疗服务存在不同的影响，与后代同居的老年人对治疗性医疗服务的利用率较高，而对预防性医疗服务的利用率较低；同居人数越多，老年人对治疗性医疗服务的利用率越高；居住距离在不同的医疗服务间也存在截然相反的作用，与子女距离越远的老年人对治疗性医疗服务的利用率越高，对预防性医疗服务的利用率越低。子女后代应更多地为老年人提供生活照料、物质和精神支持，从而降低老年人的患病率，提高老年人的医疗服务利用率。 |

| Abstract： | Based on the database of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) in 2013, this paper used the binary Logistic regression to analyze the impact of living arrangements on the medical services’ utilization among the elderly in China. The result showed that the different residential types had different influence on different medical services. The utilization ratio in therapeutic medical services was higher among the elderly who lived with their offspring, but that in preventive medical services was lower. The higher the number of cohabitation was, the higher the utilization ratio of the elderly to the therapeutic medical services would be. Live distance also had the opposite effect between the therapeutic and preventive medical services. The farther the distance with their children, the utilization ratio in elderly’s therapeutic medical services was higher, but that in preventive medical services was on the contrary. In order to reduce the prevalence of the elderly and to improve the elderly’s medical services utilizations, offspring should pay more attention on the elderly’s life and provide more material and spiritual support. |
