XRD定量分析方法在MgO-Al2O3二元体系物相组成分析中的应用

摘 要: 采用内标法、绝热法、全谱拟合法三种方法对MgO-Al2O3二元体系的一系列已知物相组成的样品进行X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)定量分析研究。结果表明,三种定量分析方法的分析结果均与实际组成较为吻合,分析精度在±5%范围内,未表现出明显差异。绝热法由于定量分析程序简单、效率较高,更适宜于工业生产中MgO-Al2O3二元体系的物相组成快速定量分析。

Title: Application of XRD quantitative analysis in phase composition determination of the MgO-Al2O3 binary system

Abstract: A series of samples of the known phase composition in MgO-Al2O3 binary system was quantitatively analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD) by the internal standard method, the reference intensity ratio (RIR) method and the Rietveld method. The results showed that the phase content obtained by each method was in consistent with the actual composition, and the measurement error was ±5% with no obvious significance. However, the RIR method was more suitable for the rapid quantitative analysis of the phase compositions of MgO-Al2O3 binary system in industrial production due to its simple program and high efficiency.
