福建省土地综合承载力空间分异研究

| 摘 要： | 近年来，福建省随着社会经济的高速发展和人口数量的快速增长，有限的土地资源愈加难以提供社会经济活动巨大的用地需求。因此，科学评价福建省土地综合承载力，确定发展方向与类型，满足社会、经济、水土资源、生态环境等不同影响因素协调发展的要求，具有重大意义。借鉴前人对于土地综合承载力的研究方法，采用层次分析法、主成分分析法和综合指数法，以福建省9个设区市为研究区，选取26项指标，建立土地综合承载力评价体系，运用数学方法计算土地综合承载力指数，揭示福建省土地综合承载力的空间差异程度，探讨影响各设区市综合承载力水平差异的原因。结果显示，各设区市间的土地综合承载力水平空间发展具有不平衡性，总体呈东南部综合承载力水平高、西北部较低的空间格局。各设区市的资源、经济水平与发展速度不同，导致土地综合承载力内部的子系统发展差异明显。经济因素是影响设区市土地综合承载力水平的重要因素。 |

| Abstract： | In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid growth of population in Fujian province, the limited availability of land resources has made it increasingly difficult to provide land for huge social and economic activities. Therefore, it is of great significance to scientifically appraise the land comprehensive carrying capacity of Fujian province, to determine the direction and type of development, to meet the requirements of coordinated development of social, economic, land and water resources, and eco-environment factors. Drawing on the research methods of predecessors on the land comprehensive carrying capacity, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), principal component analysis and comprehensive index method, taking 9 districts and cities in Fujian province as study area, selecting 26 indexes, establishing the evaluation system of land comprehensive carrying capacity, the land comprehensive carrying capacity index is calculated by using mathematical methods to reveal the spatial difference degree of the land comprehensive carrying capacity in Fujian province, and the reasons that affect the differences of the comprehensive carrying capacity in each districts and cities are discussed. The results show that the spatial development of the land comprehensive carrying capacity between the districts and cities is unbalanced. The spatial pattern of the land comprehensive carrying capacity in the southeast is higher than that in the northwest. The difference of resources, economic level and development speed among districts leads to the obvious difference of subsystem development within the land comprehensive carrying capacity. The important factor affecting the land comprehensive carrying capacity of districts and cities is economic factor. |
