基于机器视觉的胶囊测配色专家系统

摘 要: | 针对目前空心胶囊配色环节多依赖于人眼、配色效率低下且配色质量缺乏统一评价标准等问题,本文提出并设计了一种基于机器视觉及图像处理技术的胶囊测配色专家系统。该系统主要包括图像采集与处理、颜色特征提取、色差分析和配方预测等模块。图像由工业相机实时采集并传送至计算机进行处理,采用主色调直方图法提取胶液图像的RGB值作为颜色特征,选用CIELab色差公式计算待配色胶液与标准胶液表面的颜色特征差异,最后结合多输出支持向量回归(multi-output support vector regression,M-SVR)模型,训练配方数据,得出配色预测模型。实验测试结果表明,将该专家系统应用于明胶胶囊的测配色生产环节中,可以提高测配色效率,保证配色质量。 |

Abstract: | Aiming at the problems that the color matching of hollow capsules relies on the human eye, the matching efficiency is low and the quality lacks a uniform evaluation standard, an expert system for capsule color measuring and matching based on machine vision and image processing technology is proposed and designed in this paper. This system mainly includes image acquisition and processing, color feature extraction, color difference analysis and recipe prediction modules. The real-time image is collected by the industrial camera and transmitted to the computer for processing. The RGB of the gelatin image is extracted as the color feature by the main tone histogram method, and the CIELab color difference formula is used to calculate the difference of color characteristics between the current gelatin and standard gelatin. Finally, the multi-output support vector regression (M-SVR) model is used to train the formula data and to obtain a color matching prediction model. The experimental results show that the expert system can be applied in the production of color measuring and matching in gelatin capsules, which can improve the efficiency and ensure the quality of color matching. |
