城市更新背景下小型历史建筑保护与再利用的探究

| 摘 要： | 以湖南省长沙市开福区“成功街10号”为例，通过发现小型历史建筑在城市更新背景下保护及再利用过程中所面临的相关问题，从城市历史人文资源整体保护及区域文化情感延续的层面出发，对小型历史建筑的修复和功能重塑进行探讨，同时探寻长沙市历史步道的规划对于小型历史建筑保护的积极影响，并基于案例自身的特征对小型历史建筑在城市更新背景下的保护和再利用提出适应性的策略。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, “Chenggong street No. 10” in Kaifu district, Changsha city, Hunan province is taken as an example. And by finding related problems faced by small historical buildings in the process of protection and reuse in the context of urban renewal, starting from the overall protection of urban historical human resources and the continuation of regional cultural sentiment, the restoration and functional remodeling of small historical buildings are discussed, and the positive impact of the planning of historical trails in Changsha on the protection of small historical buildings is all explored. Based on the characteristics of the case itself, an adaptive strategy for the protection and reuse of small historical buildings in the context of urban renewal is proposed. |
