ZB25(45)包装机模盒校准方法优化

摘 要: 针对ZB25(45)包装机模盒因校准时间长、校准不准确造成烟支质量问题的情况,本文通过设计模盒校准装置优化校准方法,并通过试验研究使用新装置后模盒更换校准时间和校准情况。结果表明,模盒校准装置的使用,使模盒平均校准时间由14 min/次降低至2.41 min/次,效率提高了481%,同时还解决了因校准不准确造成烟支质量缺陷的问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the cigarette quality problems caused by long calibration time and inaccurate calibration of ZB25(45) packaging machine’s mould box, the calibration method was optimized by designing the calibration device of mould box, and the calibration time and the calibration situation were investigated after the use of the new device through experiments. The results showed that the use of the calibration device of mould box reduced the average calibration time from 14 min/time to 2.41 min/time, which improved the efficiency by 481% and also solved the problem of cigarette quality defects caused by inaccurate calibration.
